Refund Policy

A Lamppost Design Company, trading as ProposiThon, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and locate your order using the email address you used to purchase.
2. Follow the on-screen steps to request a refund, or contact Paddle support directly.
3. You can also contact us through the in-app support channel and we will help coordinate the refund with Paddle.

What is refundable

Subscription fees paid within the last 30 days are eligible for a full refund. After the 30-day window, subscriptions may be cancelled at any time to prevent future charges, but past charges are not automatically refunded.

Chargebacks

If you believe there is an issue with a charge, please contact us or Paddle first so we can resolve it quickly.
